I agree with everyone who has ever said that buying a home is one of the most stressful times in your life. It has definitely been one of our top stressful and busy moments in our life. Mid January we went to look at a home that I found online. It was probably the 9th or 10th house that we've gone to see since our home search began last year when we first moved to Meridian. Since then, we have put in an offer on the home. We negotiated back and forth a few times, then accepted a counter offer. Now we've completed the inspection and appraisal. The final steps are getting all the information the underwriter of our loan asks for. Man, these underwriters want to know every detail of your money withdrawals and deposits.
