Newborn stage

During this newborn stage things are busy and you're usually tired, which for me means that it's difficult to remember the details of the day.  So I've started taking pictures of the little things I don't want to forget. A fews days ago Mckenzie spit up all over herself, myself, and the carpet (which has become a usual thing for her).  While I was rinsing out clothes Channing was being a good big brother and showing Mckenzie his bouncy balls.  And then he wanted to lay on the floor just like her.  "I'm laying like Kenzie!" he said.  Every mom can relate to this...waiting for your baby to stop pooping.  Mckenzie looks very innocent as her bottom makes unladylike noises.  Man babies go through a lot of diapers!  I call this one the progression of sleep.  When Channing was this age I thought it was really weird that his face would go from sad to happy so quickly.  But now with Mckenzie I just imagine what she's dreaming about.
